Roam Fitness offers personalised training sessions for women in a location that is flexible and fits within an everyday busy schedule.

We focus on utilising the whole body through functional movement patterns, using portable equipment to build strength and increase flexibility.

Making sustainable change is hard, and maybe you don’t know where to start…so we keep it simple!

Change is a marathon, not a sprint, so we’re here to take the leap with you and work towards a healthier and stronger you.

We keep it simple…

1:1 PT session for 45mins @ $80 at your home/office, Monday to Friday. To maximise your chance of results we recommend 2-3 sessions per week.

Sessions/prices can be adjusted to suit your goals, view the FAQs. Sessions can also be conducted outdoors or online.

Roam Fitness services Melbourne CBD and various surrounding suburbs. For a full list, visit the FAQs. If necessary, portable equipment will be transported by the Personal Trainer as part of your tailored training session.
